Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://groomingbyfer.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services. Grooming by Fer provides Dog Bath, Dog Grooming, Dog Haircut, Dog Nail Trimming, Doodle Grooming and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Grooming by Fer (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Grooming by Fer reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Grooming by Fer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Grooming by Fer arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Grooming by Fer harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Grooming by Fer may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
